The continuation of my series of paintings with geometric abstractions in which the shapes and colors of what is seen should expand the inner world of the viewer with new spaces, dimensions and feelings.

In the Black Forest

Due to my job, I spent a lot of time in the Black Forest near Rottweil from May until the end of 2021 as a commuter. After work, I tried to use my free time for hiking in the area and for painting outdoors. Many smaller landscape paintings originate from this time.

Berufsbedingt habe ich ab dem Mai bis zum Ende des Jahres 2021 als Berufspendler sehr viel Zeit  im Schwarzwald in der nähe von Rottweil verbracht. Nach der Arbeit habe ich versucht die Freizeit für Wanderungen in der Gegend und für Malen im Freiem zu nutzen. Aus der Zeit stammen viele kleinere Landschaftsbilder.

Autumn Leaves

This picture belongs to the series of pictures with the reflections of nature in the water surface of the ponds. In this picture I have used an impressionist style with the golden leaves of the autumn trees and the surface of the water reflecting the blue sky.

Dieser Bild gehört zu der der Bilderreihe mit der Spiegelungen der Natur in der Wasserfläche der Teiche. In diesem Bild habe ich in einer impressionistischer Manier die goldene Blätter der Herbstbäume und, die Wasseroberfläche auf der sich das blaue Himmel spiegelt.
